Alex is our MD for the Lanes Group of companies and has been in the property industry for over 20 years .Having worked in the UK & overseas property market selling thousands of new build homes and residential properties throughout the world, he is vastly experienced in all aspects of selling property and Land. Alex is very hands on within our network of Branches and also operates with our dedicated new homes team (Lanes Exclusive Homes). He is very keen to maintain excellent levels of customer service for our clients and developers and prides himself on going the extra mile.

Dawn is the Lanes Group CFO and heads up the finance and HR department. Having joined the team back in 2016 Dawn has become an integral member of the company and seamlessly negotiated us through both the Brexit and COVID years. Dawn’s previous career has been based within the financial services sector dealing with finance, mortgages and insurance.

Paul is our Sales & Lettings director who is a local family man and he has lived and worked in the area since leaving school. Working for Lanes for over 25 + years Paul has a wealth of experience, is a shareholder of our Lettings company and is an integral part of the Lanes Group. He will always strive to give you the best advice and service possible.

 Ellie began her lettings journey with Lanes starting as a junior consultant in 2017 after previously working for two years in residential sales. After becoming a fellow director in 2021, she is now ARLA qualified specialising in Residential Lettings, and Commercial Sales & Lettings. Her day to day role involves working with all our homeowners, and tenants to build trusting relationships to provide the best quality service.

Andy joined Lanes in 2005 with no industry experience and has worked his way up to the position of Senior Branch Manager of the Enfield Branch.  He is a very motivated professional and brings great energy to the team, along with a vast knowledge of both Cheshunt and Enfield. Andy prides himself on offering exceptional customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure maximum efficiency for his clients.

Ed is a strong Senior member of our sales team in the Cheshunt Branch. He works very closely with Paul to ensure all our clients needs are met and exceeded. Ed spent many years working in hospitality in one of London’s premier hotels which has given him a wealth of experience in customer service, this helps when managing his daily role with clients in property.  He also lives locally which he gives our clients extensive knowledge of the area.

Pablo is our Branch Partner in the Hertford Office. He’s worked in and around Hertfordshire and North London for over 15 years, gaining vast experience and building an excellent reputation for himself. Highly respected by his peers, he has quickly become the go-to for advice and knowledge sharing, having been in the industry since leaving school. Pablo is friendly, honest and approachable, and prides himself on providing exceptional customer service. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, running, long walks, cooking and exploring local restaurants.

Barbara began her career in property in 2001, she worked as a Property Manager at a family-run agency where she managed over 300 properties. she discovered her passion for property management and problem solving. She begun to  build up years of experience helping tenants and landlords alike. Barbara joined Lanes Lettings in 2026 to help grow our property management team and bring her wealth of experience to the team. Outside of work, Barbara enjoys looking after her three grandchildren, going to the theatre and a cocktail here and there with the girls!

Hakan a local lad who was born in Enfield, has fantastic knowledge of Enfield and the surrounding areas. Having previously worked in sales and recruitment, Hakan has a great back ground in providing a high level of customer service and has expectational communication skills which allows him to listen to client’s needs and requirements. In Hakans spare time he loves to watch football and spend time with his friends and family.

Jessica has been with Lanes for over a year now and has quickly become an integral part of the team in Cheshunt. Regularly hitting her sales and lettings targets she is very motivated and  loves to build a repour with all her clients, allowing her to gain an insight into exactly what they are looking for. If you want an agent that listens then Jessica is your lady. In Jessica’s spare time she loves to socialise with her friends, spend time with her family and is a massive fan of EastEnders.
