Alex is our MD for the Lanes Group of companies and has been in the property industry for over 20 years .Having worked in the UK & overseas property market selling thousands of new build homes and residential properties throughout the world, he is vastly experienced in all aspects of selling property and Land. Alex is very hands on within our network of Branches and also operates with our dedicated new homes team (Lanes Exclusive Homes). He is very keen to maintain excellent levels of customer service for our clients and developers and prides himself on going the extra mile.

Our Lettings is run by Paul who is a local family man he has lived and worked in the area for over 12 years. Working for Lanes for over 20 + years Paul has a wealth of experience, is a Director of our Lettings company and is an integral part of the Lanes Group. He will always strive to give you the best advice and service possible.

Having spent 16 years in the corporate world with one large Estate Agency, Kevin very quickly moved up the ladder to the position of Area sales director which oversaw the East Hertfordshire region.  He since joined Lanes as a partner in 2024 to help drive the residential sales team and help grow the company.  Kevin prides himself on his own personal drive and success and aims to to provide the best possible customer experience which in turn he passes on to the teams. His experience and knowledge is second to none and focuses on training and motivating the sales staff.

Andy joined Lanes in 2005 with no industry experience and has worked his way up to the position of Senior Branch Manager of the Enfield Branch.  He is a very motivated professional and brings great energy to the team, along with a vast knowledge of both Cheshunt and Enfield. Andy prides himself on offering exceptional customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure maximum efficiency for his clients.

Pablo is our Assistant Branch Manager in the Enfield Town branch and works very closely with Andy. He’s worked in and around Hertfordshire and North London for over 15 years, gaining vast experience and building an excellent reputation for himself. Highly respected by his peers, he has quickly become the go-to for advice and knowledge sharing, having been in the industry since leaving school. Pablo is friendly, honest and approachable, and prides himself on providing exceptional customer service. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, running, long walks, cooking and exploring local restaurants.

Ellie is our shining happy light in the lettings team, she is the one that holds it all together on a daily basis and never complains…….Ellie will go the extra mile to ensure that all our clients expectations are met and exceeded. She is a wonderful asset to the team. Ellie is also the chief cake purchaser for the office.

Dawn is the Lanes Group CFO and heads up the finance and HR department. Having joined the team back in 2016 Dawn has become an integral member of the company and seamlessly negotiated us through both the Brexit and COVID years. Dawn’s previous career has been based within the financial services sector dealing with finance, mortgages and insurance.

Ed is a strong Senior member of our sales team in the Cheshunt Branch. He works very closely with Paul to ensure all our clients needs are met and exceeded. Ed spent many years working in hospitality in one of London’s premier hotels which has given him a wealth of experience in customer service, this helps when managing his daily role with clients in property.  He also lives locally which he gives our clients extensive knowledge of the area.

Claudia is the newest member of the team here in Enfield Town and has joined as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Having previously worked in and around North London for 8 years since leaving school. Claudia is a very focused and customer service orientated person and is always exceeds our clients expectations. Away from work Claudia enjoys socialising with friends and going on holiday.

Adam started his career in estate agency back in August 2021, working within London he was trying to grasp as much knowledge as he could within the industry. He then went to a well-established agency in the affluent area of Winchmore Hill and gained experience within Sales and Lettings. Fast forward to now, He’s able to apply these skills when dealing with clients and their queries. He thrives on giving the best customer service, making sure all our clients needs are satisfied and they leave having no further questions.
